Molly stands behind SERVPRO!

Hey there! My name is Molly Rand and I am the Marketing Support Coordinator at SERVPRO of Muskegon. I came from a hospitality background so when I began working at SERVPRO almost four years ago I was not familiar with who SERVPRO was or what they did.

To get familiar with the type of work we do, I got the chance to ride along with some of our crew; I was completely astonished. The work that our crew does daily and the customer service that they provide to each and every customer is something unseen in today's society. They are willing to go the extra mile to not only meet the expectations of our customers, but exceed them! I have seen them work on small water leaks, to large loss disasters and they always show up with the same attitude and determination to service our customers.
