Effective communication is key.

At SERVPRO of Muskegon one of our top priorities is effective communication.  The success of most everything we do can be tracked back to our level of communication.  We are always working towards optimizing our communication, whether that is with our customers, insurance professionals, vendors, or team members because clear and consistent communication is key.

SERVPRO of Muskegon makes sure to communicate updates with customers and other appropriate parties daily during the job.  Checking in, making sure they do not have any questions, that they feel informed, and understand the process.  Daily and weekly meetings are scheduled for our staff to stay on the same page and keep an open line of communication.  We are not perfect, but are constantly working on improving all aspects of communication.
