Flooded Basement from Outdoor Broken Pipe

This flooded basement in Muskegon, MI was the result of a pipe breaking at the fitting between the road and their home.  The homeowner had to wait for the township to turn the water off at the road to ensure the water source had stopped before our crew could take care of the situation.  Once the water source was turned off, our technician used a Rover to extract the water from the carpet and then floated it with an air mover and dehumidifier to finish the drying process.
