MOLD on Painted Wood in Attic Due to Poor Ventilation

This homeowner discovered MOLD in their attic while making some improvements. Visible MOLD was seen at the peak of the attic which appeared to be from poor ventilation. SERVPRO of Muskegon dispatched our estimator to inspect the area effected. The entire attic was painted white however there was a 4x4 sf area of mold. The plan of action was to clean, sand, hepavacuum and seal the area.
